No automatic booking

A website submission, email, telephone discussion or estimated price does not create a booking. A journey is accepted only after the route, timing, contents, declared value, price and service conditions are confirmed in writing.

Accurate declaration

The sender must accurately identify the contents, ownership, dimensions, weight, value and any special handling requirements. Blackline Direct may refuse or cancel a request where information is incomplete, inaccurate or creates an unacceptable legal, safety or security risk.

Prohibited items

Items listed on the prohibited items page, unidentified sealed packages and any goods prohibited by applicable law are not accepted.

Valuable items

Acceptance of watches, jewellery, art, electronics, collectibles or other high-value goods is subject to prior review, declared value limits and any applicable packaging or contractual requirements.

Timing

Collection and delivery times are agreed estimates unless explicitly confirmed otherwise. Border checks, traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle incidents and events outside reasonable control may affect timing.

Final agreement

Before any paid transport begins, the confirmed quotation and job-specific written terms will take priority over this general website summary.
